I’m in Real Estate. When we commission appraisals, the appraiser is not supposed to take into account “distressed properties” that have been in foreclosure or repossession. If they do, they are supposed to account for that by adjusting prices upward. Given the state that the Dodgers are in, those ticket prices constitute a distressed sale in my opinion. Besides, who wants to go see a team whose owner is more concerned with winning in the courtroom than on the field.

Living in South County makes it challenging to go to the games. My dad has season tickets and I do make it to about 30-40 games each year….but on every drive, as I pass Gene Autry Drive – with a carpool exit no less………oh well…….my beloved boys in blue never do make it easy for the unconditional love I continue to give. enjoy the season and I hope you get your boys to LA soon so they can see a real team play. :)
